Once you are ready to proceed, a 10% deposit starts your custom cabinetry project. We coordinate the next measurement and design stages with you.

We scan your space on site and organise the measurement data that informs your cabinet design. This gives the design team a detailed reference for planning around the room.

The design is developed into factory drawings covering cabinet dimensions, elevations and construction details. This stage turns the visual concept into a documented production reference.
Confirm the final quotation and make the 50% production payment. Your cabinetry then moves into production based on the approved specifications.
After production, your cabinets are shipped to Singapore and cleared through customs. Once the goods have arrived and the outstanding balance is paid, home delivery is arranged within 3 days.
Our installation team fits the cabinetry and uses laser alignment to check positioning. Installation photos and progress reports support coordination and follow-up throughout the fitting stage.
Our team carries out an internal inspection before reviewing the finished cabinetry with you. Any outstanding items are recorded for follow-up, and your sign-off confirms completion of the handover.
Please report issues within 7 working days of handover. Our process allows for replacement parts to be shipped to Singapore within 30 days and on-site repair within 7 working days. Special parts may need additional time.
